What is your TAT?

TAT is always listed at the top of the website. This does change from time to time, so please pay attention to the TAT when ordering. If USPS is closed, the day will not be counted towards TAT.

USPS Closed Days for 2026:

  • Thursday, January 1: New Year's Day
  • Monday, January 19: Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.
  • Monday, February 16: Washington's Birthday (Presidents' Day)
  • Monday, May 25: Memorial Day
  • Friday, June 19: Juneteenth National Independence Day
  • Friday, July 3: Independence Day (observed, as July 4th is a Saturday)
  • Monday, September 7: Labor Day
  • Monday, October 12: Columbus Day
  • Wednesday, November 11: Veterans Day
  • Thursday, November 26: Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday, December 25: Christmas Day

Hey Lo will also be closed June 1-5th, 2026 for vacation. Any other closed days will be noted on the TAT calendar.

How big are your molds?

All Hey Lo molds are between 3.8 - 4.5 inches on the largest side, with most molds being around the 4 inch mark. If you have questions about a particular molds size, please feel free to reach out to ask.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Due to orders being made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Before submitting your order, please carefully look over your cart to ensure you have added the correct items, number of items, a rep code, etc. Once an order is submitted, changes cannot be made.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all molds and contact Hey Lo Freshie Co within 2 business days if the item has issues, damage, etc.

Shipping information

All orders are shipped through USPS unless it is not available for some reason. Once an order is handed over to USPS, it is no longer in the possession of Hey Lo and we have no control over it. 

Once a shipping label has been created, please allow 24-48 hours for "movement" within the USPS system.

After the carrier accepts your package, Hey Lo Freshie Co is not responsible for delays, lost packages, etc.

    Orders refused by the recipient will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
